  1. Chest: Gently wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, ensuring it sits level across the back. The tape should rest comfortably against the body without being pulled tight.
  2. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline, keeping the tape relaxed and parallel to the floor for a natural fit.
  3. Hip: Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring it lies evenly and smoothly across the body.
  4. Shoulder: Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other across the back, keeping the tape straight and naturally aligned.
  5. Low Waist: Measure around your lower waist, approximately 3-4 inches below your natural waistline, where low-waist silhouettes are designed to sit.
  6. Armhole: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your shoulder and underarm, forming a complete circle where the sleeve meets the bodice. The tape should sit snugly without restriction.
  7. Crotch Length: Starting at the centre front of your natural waistline, guide the measuring tape through the legs and up to the centre back waistline. Ensure the tape lies flat against the body for an accurate and comfortable measurement.
  8. Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder edge down to the desired sleeve length whether short, elbow, three-quarter, or full keeping your arm relaxed at your side.
  9. Bicep: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your upper arm, ensuring a comfortable and natural fit.
  10. Full Length (Shoulder to Ground): Measure from the highest point of your shoulder straight down to the floor. For best accuracy, stand upright and barefoot while taking this measurement.
